This Privacy Policy explains how MustOrder ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our web app at mustorder.app (the "Service"). We've kept it short and plain on purpose.

The short version: MustOrder doesn't require an account, and we don't ask for your name, email, or password. The main thing we use is your device's location, and we use it only to find restaurants near you.

Information we collect

• Location. When you allow it, we access your device's location so the Service can find restaurants near you and suggest what to order. We use your location only to find restaurants near you and to provide the recommendations you request. You can refuse or turn off location access at any time in your browser or device settings. If you do, the location-based features won't work, but you can still search for a restaurant by name.
• Preferences you set. When you choose preferences such as cuisine, budget, dietary needs, or spice level, or type a restaurant name, we use that to generate your recommendations. These preferences may be saved locally on your own device so the app can remember them between visits. They are not linked to an account or to your identity.
• Basic technical information. As with most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically receive standard technical information when you visit — such as your device type, browser type, and IP address — which is used to deliver and protect the Service.
• No accounts. We do not offer or require user accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or password.

How we use information

We use the information above to find restaurants near you and generate order recommendations; to remember your preferences on your device; and to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services we rely on

To run the Service, we use trusted third-party providers, and some information is shared with them so they can do their job:

• Mapping and place data. We use third-party mapping and place-data providers to identify restaurants near you and to show addresses, distances, and place details. These providers process your location or search information to return results, and their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Ratings and reviews. We display ratings and review-based information from third-party sources, including Google and Yelp, to help you decide what to order.
• Hosting. The Service is hosted using third-party infrastructure that processes the standard technical information needed to serve the site.

We do not otherwise share your information except as needed to operate the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.

Cookies and local storage

We keep tracking to a minimum. We may use local storage on your device to remember your preferences so you don't have to re-enter them. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
